Humans work toward controlling their future,
They need to be more open to
expecting the unknown. To be flexible with what the future brings, roll
with the punches, reduces anxiety of the aftermath. Easier said than done, I know. Try taking a class on mindfulness. Being mindful will help tremendously. What's 'mindfulness' you say?
